SPARK (Sunday School)

Scripture, Prayer and Relationships for Kids.
Sparking FAITH in Kids.

SPARK is essentially Sunday School, but it
doesn’t meet just on Sundays anymore.  The
acronym SPARK has been adopted for both

Sunday and Saturday SPARK which are alike in content.

Families can choose to enroll in Saturday or Sunday SPARK.
On Sunday mornings we meet at 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Saturday SPARK meets 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. before worship time.

Sunday School is a key part of our mission at Crown of Glory.  We believe it is important for our children to learn about God and His Word. Our Sunday School program is based on the SPARK Lectionary model. Sunday School is held September through May.

Children are welcome in worship at Crown of Glory. We have worship bags for quiet play and activity during services located on the wall at the  back of the Sanctuary. There are also children's  bulletins for readers and pre-schoolers on the bench as you enter the Sanctuary through the north doors.

A staffed nursery is provided during all services. The nursery is located down the main hall, through the Emmaus Learning Center, through the Preschool Place door and is the last room on the left.

CONNECT:  4th & 5th GRADE

Connect is our ministry with 4th and 5th
grade students offered on Wednesday
evenings. The program is a two-year
rotation of Bible lessons created to
help preteens or “tweens” connect the
individual lessons they have heard in
Sunday School into larger concepts found in the Bible. Connect is offered from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday throughout the program year.

Operated by Green Lake Lutheran Ministries, this week long summer journey is a chance to make friendships, renew faith, and strengthen your relationship with God. Camp is open to all those who have completed grades 2 – 12.
Children who have completed
2nd through 5th grade attend
camp at Shores of St. Andrew near
New London, MN.  Learn more
