Pastor Reggie Klindworth
Senior Pastor

Pastor Reggie C. Klindworth has held the role of Senior Pastor at Crown of Glory Lutheran Church since September 2018 and began serving Crown of Glory in November 2007 as Associate Pastor of Family and Youth Ministries. He previously served four years as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministry in Albert Lea, MN.  He received a BA in Religion at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN in 1998 and he received a Masters of Divinity at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN in 2003.

Pastor Reggie has three boys: Noah, Jonah, and Micah.  Pastor Reggie has a passion for youth and family ministry and enjoys building relationships and engaging people in their faith journey.  He enjoys sharing the message of Jesus Christ through stories and applying biblical stories to our day-to-day lives.  His past times and interests include spending quality time with his family, he also loves woodworking and spending time outdoors.

Pastor Joe Orner
Interim Associate Pastor

Prior to joining Crown of Glory as Interim Pastor in July 2026, Pastor Joe served as Interim Pastor at Transfiguration (Bloomington) from 2025-2026 and as the Associate Pastor at Peace Lutheran (Bloomington) from 2019-2025. He received degrees from Luther Seminary (2019) and the University of Wisconsin – Madison (2015). During his time in seminary, he also served in various ministry roles at Peace (Coon Rapids), Faith-Lilac Way (Robbinsdale), and St. Andrew (Eden Prairie).

 

Pastor Joe loves his vocations as a husband to his wife, Reilly, and father to their two sons. Together, they live in Chaska with their two golden retrievers. Outside of ministry, Pastor Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching movies, disc golfing, cheering on the Vikings and Badgers, and enjoying the outdoors. He is passionate about building relationships, empowering people, creating community in authentic and meaningful ways, and walking alongside others throughout all of life’s joys and challenges.

Ashley Pederson
Finance Manager

Prior to joining Crown of Glory, Ashley worked in the banking industry for nearly 10 years.  She has received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Catherine University, St. Paul, MN as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.  

 

Ashley and her husband Graham have three children, Holden, Elodie, and Arlo, and are happy to be raising them in this community.  Ashley loves spending time with her family, enjoys baking, and going to the movies.

Sara Keim
Administrative Office Assistant

Before beginning her role as Administrative Office Assistant in June 2023, Sara Keim was an Early Childhood Education Teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and holds a valid Birth-3rd grade teaching license.

 

Sara is originally from New Ulm, MN and now resides in Chaska, MN. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors (jet skiing, boating, relaxing, etc.), working on DIY projects, creating, and sewing. A few of her favorite things are the color purple, butterflies, and sprinkled doughnuts.

Gretchen Mitcham
Director of SPARK Ministry

Gretchen has joined the team at Crown of Glory as an Interim SPARK Director.  She has a background in elementary education, receiving her degree from Luther College in Decorah, IA.  She taught elementary students in Anchorage, AK; then preschool in Clarksville, TN. Recently she has been teaching a preschool Bible study in Edina, MN. Through the Bible study, Gretchen has found a passion for teaching the Word of God to children.

 

Gretchen and her husband, Daniel, enjoy coaching and cheering for their children, Zac and Katie, during their various sports seasons. Gretchen also enjoys reading and going for walks.

Grace Becker
Director of Chancel Choir &
Servant Song Leader

 

Grace Becker is the leader of Chancel Choir and Servant Song ensembles at Crown of Glory. She received a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Wartburg College and has many years of experience in choral directing and contemporary worship leading. She is currently teaching 6th-8th grade choir at New Prague Middle School. Alongside directing, Grace is a choral composer and musician who works primarily with K-12 choirs as a clinic and advocate for music education in Minnesota.

Tabitha Hanson
Organist

Tabitha Hanson is from Colby, Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Instrumental Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (graduated in 2020), a Master’s degree from Penn State University in Oboe Performance (graduated in 2022), and a Professional Performance Certificate in Oboe Performance (2023). Tabitha held the position as graduate Teaching Assistant in the Music Department at the school where she played in their graduate quintet, Centre Winds. She is also a freelance performer, having played in the Marshfield Symphony Orchestra since high school and playing twice in the Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, as well as various gigs around the Central Wisconsin area and Centre County, Pennsylvania, with the Pennsylvania Chamber Orchestra. Tabitha moved to Minnesota in 2023 where she got a job playing with the Mankato Symphony Orchestra holding the 2 nd Oboe and English horn position. She also started playing with the Wayzata Symphony Orchestra in fall of 2024. Since the beginning of 2024 she has been the current organist at Crown of Glory Lutheran Church. When not doing music, Tabitha loves to read, write, and be outside with her cat.

Ginger Larson
Piano Accompanist 

Ginger Larson received her music education at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and The College of St Catherine. Currently she is in Blaine, MN and working as a freelance pianist throughout the Twin Cities area. She has been at Crown of Glory for 7 years, playing with the Chancel Choir, Servant Song, services and filling in leadership duties as needed.

Sarah Morrow
Director of Chancel Chimers

Sarah Morrow has served as the Director of the Chancel Chimers at Crown of Glory since September 2023. Music has been an important part of her life for as long as she can remember. She began taking piano lessons at the age of five and continued her musical studies throughout high school. In addition to her own training, Sarah taught piano lessons to beginning students for three years, sharing her love of music with others.

 

Shortly after becoming a member of Crown of Glory with her family in 2016, Sarah joined the Chancel Chimers. When the opportunity arose to lead the group, she enthusiastically stepped into the role and has been directing the ensemble ever since. Sarah is passionate about using music as a way to worship and praise God, and directing the Chancel Chimers provides a meaningful outlet for that passion.

 

Sarah and her husband have two daughters who have grown up as part of the Crown of Glory family. Together, they consider Crown of Glory their church home and remain actively involved throughout the year through worship, music, and volunteer service.
