Pastor Reggie Klindworth
Senior Pastor
Pastor Reggie C. Klindworth has held the role of Senior Pastor at Crown of Glory Lutheran Church since September 2018 and began serving Crown of Glory in November 2007 as Associate Pastor of Family and Youth Ministries. He previously served four years as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministry in Albert Lea, MN. He received a BA in Religion at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN in 1998 and he received a Masters of Divinity at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN in 2003.
Pastor Reggie has three boys: Noah, Jonah, and Micah. Pastor Reggie has a passion for youth and family ministry and enjoys building relationships and engaging people in their faith journey. He enjoys sharing the message of Jesus Christ through stories and applying biblical stories to our day-to-day lives. His past times and interests include spending quality time with his family, he also loves woodworking and spending time outdoors.

Pastor Laura Laughlin
Pastor of Faith Formation
Pastor Laura Laughlin was called to Crown of Glory Lutheran Church as the Associate Pastor of Faith Formation in September 2019. Pastor Laura has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and English from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, and a Masters of Divinity from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.
Pastor Laura is passionate about preaching and teaching God’s Word in a way that relates and applies the Bible to everyday life. She enjoys the creative and sacred artistry of worship, walking with others in their journeys of faith, and helping people of all ages discover God’s presence and movement in their lives.
In addition to being called as a pastor, Pastor Laura also lives out her calling to be a wife to David, a mom to Oliver, and a ‘dog mom’ to Emma. She loves spending time with her family, as well as creating music, writing, and spending as much time in God’s creation as possible.

Tom Paulson
Director of Worship and Music/Organist
Tom Paulson comes to Crown of Glory after two long-term ministries, at Wayzata Community Church, Wayzata and Incarnation Lutheran Church, Shoreview, and a year at Plymouth Presbyterian, Plymouth. Concurrently he was Music Director/Conductor of the Edina Chorale for 22 years. He is a native of Austin, MN who, though proud of his home town, does not eat Spam.
He holds degrees in music from St. Olaf College, Northfield, and the University of Minnesota. He has a passion for leading congregational singing and for worship as a participation sport, often quoting John Ferguson, “If you sing well, sing to praise the giver. If you don’t sing so well, sing to get even!” Maya Angelou comes in a close second, “I’ve learned that you cannot go through life with a catcher’s mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.” He and his husband Lou Vlahos live in Wayzata, and are devoted foodies and oenophiles.

Krysta Flaharty
Director of Children's Ministry
Krysta is a student at Luther Seminary currently studying for her Master of Divinity degree. She is discerning Youth Ministry and has felt a strong calling at Crown of Glory to find where God is leading her with Children’s Ministry. In Seminary, she was mentored in St. Paul’s ELCA and St. John’s Lutheran Church in Mound as a Beloved Community Scholar.
Before entering Seminary, she taught English in Madrid as a language assistant for ages nine to fifteen for one year. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She also tutored elementary school students throughout her undergraduate studies in Math and English.
Krysta loves jogging, travelling, playing guitar or flute, practicing Spanish and spending her weekends at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum!

Ashley Pederson
Finance Manager
Prior to joining Crown of Glory, Ashley worked in the banking industry for nearly 10 years. She has received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Catherine University, St. Paul, MN as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Ashley and her husband Graham have three children, Holden, Elodie, and Arlo, and are happy to be raising them in this community. Ashley loves spending time with her family, enjoys baking, and going to the movies.

Kellie Bokusky
Administrative Assistant
Kellie Bokusky joined Crown of Glory as our Administrative Assistant in September 2019. She is a University of Minnesota graduate and brings strong church experience to the role. She, her husband, 4 kids and Daisy, the miniature dachshund, reside in Eden Prairie. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
