The Creation Team is hosting the Spring Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up Day!
Join us on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, from 9:00 am – 12 p.m. Meet in the church parking lot at 8:30 a.m.
Crown of Glory adopted a stretch of Highway 212, between Big Woods Blvd. and Engler Blvd. Our goal is to help protect the environment and do our part as a congregation to keep the community clean.
Trash bags and safety vests will be provided. Bring latex gloves and work gloves. Wearing good walking shoes or boots, long light pants, and a hat are recommended. Ear plugs (foam) and masks would be a good idea to use.
Sign up now! Invite your friends or make it a family activity (age 12 and up).
If being outside isn’t your thing, you can help in other ways. We need drivers to help transport walkers, deliver water and supplies, and to help with refreshments.
What are the benefits?
